Principal Planner · RPP

With more than 30 years in land-use planning and development, Manni leads the firm’s planning strategy across residential, commercial, institutional, hospitality, and mixed-use files. He is a Registered Professional Planner in Ontario, a full member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute, and a member of the Canadian Institute of Planners.

Manni’s role is to identify the planning question that actually governs the file, establish the case required to answer it, and maintain that logic through municipal review, public process, decision, and—where necessary—the Ontario Land Tribunal.
