Our core expertise lies in securing comprehensive Development Approvals across the residential, institutional, commercial, and industrial sectors. From high-level Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments to the technical intricacies of Site Plan Agreements, Plan of Subdivisions, and Condominium Conversions, we manage the full entitlement process. Our team is adept at handling sensitive applications such as Minor Variances, Severances, and Part-Lot Control, ensuring every project remains compliant while maximizing its development potential.
Beyond approvals, G-force provides the rigorous technical foundation required for modern planning. We produce high-caliber Reports and Studies, including Planning Justification Reports, Urban Design Briefs, and Sustainability Matrices, as well as specialized Land-use Feasibility Appraisals and Parking Justification Studies. We also streamline the environmental and social aspects of development through ESSQD filings and the design of robust Public Consultation Strategies.
In the boardroom and the hearing room, G-force is a steadfast advocate for our clients. We lead Pre-consultation Meetings, deliver compelling Presentations before Council, and facilitate Public Hearings with transparency and poise. When projects require the highest level of advocacy, we provide seasoned Expert Witness testimony before the Ontario Land Tribunal (formerly the OMB), ensuring our clients’ interests are defended with professional integrity and deep statutory knowledge.

Manni Chauhan - Principal Planner/Founder
With over 40 years of experience in land use planning and development, Manni leads the firm with a clear vision and a deep understanding of Ontario’s planning framework. He has successfully advanced residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across the Greater Golden Horseshoe. Manni is a Registered Professional Planner in Ontario and a full member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute as well as the Canadian Institute of Planners.
Beyond the office, Manni enjoys hosting family gatherings and community events. He loves to BBQ, and play with his dog, Joy, and of course his grandchildren. His strong ties to family and community mirror the leadership, collaboration, and dedication he brings to his professional practice.
Natalie Shing - Associate Planner
Natalie is a planner working on a wide range of development projects, from zoning by-law amendments to site plan approvals. After taking time away to raise her family, she returned to planning with renewed focus. Earlier in her career, she and Manni worked together in Alberta, experience that now enriches her role at G-Force.
Beyond the office, Natalie is an active volunteer with her daughter’s hockey team. Her dedication to family and community reflects the same commitment and balance she brings to her professional work.
Jaiveer Chauhan - Municipal Law and Planner
Trained as a lawyer with a strong interest in land use planning law, Jaiveer manages projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. He also provides legal expertise by assisting with the drafting of agreements (easements, conditions of approval, community benefits) and representing clients in Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) matters.
Beyond the office, Jaiveer enjoys traveling and playing cricket. His love for new experiences and team sports reflects the same energy and focus he brings to his work.
Simran Kaur - Project Manager/Administrative
With a background in law and a passion for land use planning, Simran provides critical legal and policy expertise to the team. She interprets planning legislation, including the Planning Act, Provincial Policy Statement, and Growth Plan, ensuring applications align with provincial and municipal requirements.
Beyond the office, Simran enjoys spending time with her children and exploring the outdoors through hiking and nature walks. Her curiosity and balance in life reflect the thoughtful and detail-oriented approach she brings to her work.
Sahil Padda - Administrative Coordinator
As Administrative Coordinator, Sahil ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. She manages application filing, correspondence, and invoicing, keeping projects organized and clients informed. She also tracks municipal deadlines and submission checklists, ensuring that every application moves forward on time and in compliance with municipal requirements. Her organizational skills and attention to detail provide essential support to both the team and clients. Outside of work, she enjoys watching movies and discovering new places, which reflects her curiosity and love of new experiences.
